Freight Shipping Policy
Commercial inflatables ship via freight due to their size and weight. All shipping prices quoted on the Eagle Bounce website default to delivery at a commercial business address equipped with a loading dock or forklift.

If your delivery location is a home, church, school, daycare, or does not have a loading dock, you must add the Residential Delivery Service to your cart.

Returns & Cancellations
We stand behind our quality. Buyers have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact Eagle Bounce regarding any verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage. In the event of a verified defect, we will arrange for local repair or return to a designated facility.
Return Rules:
- Return authorization must be requested within 7 days.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
- Buyer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
- Items must be unused and in like-new condition.
- Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable.
