Safety & Operations Center
Safety is not an accessory—it is the foundation of a successful inflatable business. Below are the mandatory operating procedures for Eagle Bounce and Dura-Lite units. Every operator must read and understand these manuals before deployment.
Commercial Operations Manual
The master guide for Eagle Bounce commercial-grade inventory. Covers anchoring ratios, blower requirements, maximum occupancy loads, and emergency deflation protocols.
Download PDFDura-Lite Residential Manual
Specific operating procedures for Dura-Lite (Teddy Bounce) units. Includes consumer-grade power setup, residential anchoring guides, and supervision rules.
Download PDFWhy These Manuals Are Mandatory
In the inflatable rental industry, compliance is your best insurance policy. Accidents are almost always preventable through strict adherence to the manufacturer's guidelines. These documents are not suggestions; they are the engineering limits of the equipment you own.
Failure to follow these guidelines can void your warranty, nullify your insurance coverage, and most importantly, put riders at risk. Whether you are a rental company, a school, or a church group, the "Responsible Operator" must have physical access to these rules at every event.
💨 Wind Ratings
Never operate inflatables in winds exceeding manufacturer limits (typically 15-20 MPH). The manual details how to calculate wind loads and when to deflate immediately.
⚓ Anchoring Protocols
An inflatable is a sail. The manual specifies the exact number of stakes (or sandbag weight equivalents) required per anchor point to prevent uplift.
👀 Active Supervision
Equipment does not supervise itself. We outline the required attendant-to-rider ratios to prevent collisions and overcrowding injuries.
⚡ Power Safety
Guidelines on blower placement, GFCI outlet requirements, and extension cord gauges to prevent overheating and power loss during use.
