Eagle Bounce is a commercial inflatable manufacturer serving rental companies, schools, and event operators. We have been manufacturing and distributing commercial-grade inflatables since 2003.
Where is Eagle Bounce located?
Eagle Bounce operates out of Arlington, Texas. Our customer service, support, and logistics are handled by our U.S.-based team.
Do you sell to the public or only businesses?
Eagle Bounce specializes in commercial-grade inflatables designed for professional rental use. While anyone can purchase, our equipment is built specifically for rental operators, schools, and organizations rather than consumer backyard use.

Quality & Safety

Are Eagle Bounce inflatables commercial-grade?
Yes. Our units are built for repeated operation. We use heavy-duty PVC vinyl, "Alligator Mouth" stitching at stress points, and #207 nylon thread to withstand frequent setup and teardown.
Are your inflatables safety compliant?
Yes. Eagle Bounce inflatables are Lead-Free and Fire Retardant. They are designed to meet or exceed ASTM and CPSIA standards for inflatable amusement devices.
What materials are used?
We use commercial PVC vinyl with double-layered reinforcements on high-traffic areas (entrances/pop-ups). Water units feature heat-sealed seams and U-shaped liners to prevent leaks and mildew.

Ordering & Shipping

How are inflatables shipped?
Commercial inflatables ship via Freight Carrier (F.O.B. Arlington, TX) due to weight. Orders are palletized. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and must inspect freight for damage immediately upon delivery.
Do you sell to PA or NJ?
No. Eagle Bounce is not registered to sell products in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. We cannot process orders for these locations.
What is the deposit requirement?
Stock Units: 25% minimum deposit to reserve.
Custom Orders: 60% deposit required.
Full payment is required prior to shipping.

Warranty & Repairs

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on commercial units and a 90-Day Warranty on Dura-Lite units covering workmanship defects. Misuse, mildew, or lack of ground covers voids warranty.
Can I return a product?
Returns require authorization within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused. A 15% restocking fee applies, and the buyer pays return shipping. Custom items are non-returnable.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes. Eagle Bounce provides professional repair services for common issues like blown baffles, seam tears, zipper replacements, and slide blanket repairs.
