What Is Covered?

✅ Covered (Workmanship)

Seam Failures: Unraveling or opening due to stitching defects.
Fabric Defects: Tears or weakness caused by material manufacturing faults.
Anchor Points: Failure of D-rings or anchor straps under normal load.
Repairs: Labor and materials for verified warranty claims.

❌ Not Covered (Usage)

Wear & Tear: Cosmetic fading, scuffs, or normal aging.
Misuse: Damage from rough handling, overloading, or improper setup.
Storage Issues: Mildew, mold, or rot caused by storing wet units.
Zippers/Velcro: Mechanical parts subject to high wear are excluded.
Accidents/Vandalism: Cuts, burns, or theft.

We handle claims directly from our Texas office. Follow this simple process to get your equipment evaluated.

We coordinate local repair or ship-back service.

Need Repairs Outside of Warranty?

Commercial inflatables are built to be repaired. If you have damage from an accident or wear and tear, our professional repair team can perform seam reinforcements, patching, and structural repairs for a fee.
